5 Outdoor Adventures to Add to your List

The weather is warming up, and it's the perfect time to start enjoying all that nature has to offer. So strap on your hiking boots, get outside, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the present. Here are five outdoor adventures that we recommend you try out this season - trust us, you won't regret exploring the great outdoors!

hike energy

1. Go on a hike

It's time to go chasing waterfalls! Do some research in your area to find a local trail that leads to a water source: a river, a lake, hot springs, or a beach. You'll be ready to dive in and enjoy the cool water after crushing a hike in the heat. Don't forget your refreshing natural energy drinks to fuel up along the way!

2. Rise with the sun

Bike to your closest beach or scenic lookout to watch the sunrise and bring a smoothie bowl breakfast with you! Our Ready to Eat Açaí Bowls are perfect to grab from the freezer, stick in your backpack, defrost during your ride, and then dig into at your destination. You'll enjoy a delicious healthy Açaí bowl snack as the kaleidoscope of colors spreads across the sky with the coming day.

3. Take it slow

Slow things down with a fun-filled float day on a river, lagoon, bay, or lake. This is best when you have a group of friends to join you, and a cooler full of delicious drinks - might we suggest bringing one of our delicious energy drinks along? Find a still or gently moving body of water near you, grab a fun float, and soak it all in! With a sip of organic energy, you'll feel like you're canoeing through the Amazon River with Açaí Palms hanging over you... well, figuratively speaking.

4. Camp at your closest national park or natural area

Camping is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature and leave those pesky electronics at home. It's even better when you have a decked-out van and a Ready to Eat Açaí Bowl to snack on! Wake up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning, and enjoy the crackling roar of your campfire in the evening. Take time to soak in the solitude of being outdoors and away from the distractions of city life.

street art

5. Search for art in your city

Do you live somewhere without a lot of access to nature? Going for a stroll in your city to discover colorful murals and street art is a great way to get outdoors and bring new meaning to your hometown. Expand your horizons by taking the time to slow down and observe the artistic additions you might usually pass by without noticing.
